The frame issue was probably just me misunderstanding the description of the included parts and my misconception that it would be included. Delivery was timely, product was exceptionally packed, delivery person was helpful and courteous, delivered the package right to our front door. Set up was not difficult. My husband and I are in our 80s and did it ourselves. There were four pieces to put together, the seat, the seat back and 2 shoulder rests. Seatback slipped easily into the main chair. Shoulder rests were a little more tricky to line the tracks up because of the thickness of the padding. We had to turn the chair on its side and one of us squished down the padding while the other one slid the piece on its track, but overall not at all difficult.
