Of course the images from the manufacturer are curated to make items look better than they are, but this is a good solution for spots with limited space. I would have sprung for a pocket door, but there isn't enough space. The powder room previously had a vinyl bifold door which I would keep open for the extra sunlight and fresh air, but it jutted out when open, wasting about 16 inches of space in my bedroom. This is extremely compact when it is closed -- et voila! my room just got bigger! This door plastic, and that is obvious -- the handle is an example of where the looks are lacking, but it's functional, and I can always change the handle. Because the powder room is so tiny, it was a bit claustrophobic with the solid, bi-fold door closed. The lights in the door are also plastic, but they are opaque and completely obscure the view. This door improves the experience of using this 1/2 (possibly 1/4!) bath. The frame issue was probably just me misunderstanding the description of the included parts and my misconception that it would be included. This spring door hinge is heavy duty! Everything is included in the one box. I chose the antique brass - the color is true as shown in Wayfair photos! This hinge is more than I expected. The spring mechanism is thick and heavy, promising years and years and years of dependable use. I received one where the material between the accordion slats was slightly warped. It didn’t affect the door’s functionality, but I didn’t notice until after it was installed. Wayfair offered a replacement, but since I had already paid for installation, I accepted a partial refund after sending photos.
