We LOVE our new bar stools! We bought a new house with a really high counter and it needed stools. Our counter is 47 inches tall and we bought the 36 inch stools. At first, I was thinking they were too high, but after we got used to it, we are comfortable eating in this arrangement. I still would probably take two inches off if I could but my husband and I use them for every meal. We also bought a new dining set but we’ve only used it when we have visitors. Got the faux leather stools. Thought it would be a lighter more Carmel like brown, but was darker. Took an hour to put each together. Stools are very comfortable especially for my 6’3 250 pound son.
