I like that fact that the door can fold flat against the wall and be out of the way. It works perfectly in the space like I envisioned it. The only thing that took a star from my review was that the knobs were not as pictured and the knob screws included were too short to be used. Not a big issue and can be easily fixed by using something else to replace. Just an fyi… a door frame doesn’t come included so I needed to figure something out on my own to install the door. The frame issue was probably just me misunderstanding the description of the included parts and my misconception that it would be included. Got the faux leather stools. Thought it would be a lighter more Carmel like brown, but was darker. Took an hour to put each together. Stools are very comfortable especially for my 6’3 250 pound son. The Double Action Spring Hinge is a floor-mounted self-closing hinge with solid brass cover plates and trim. It swings in both directions and has a hold-open feature at approximately 90 degrees.

This spring door hinge is heavy duty! Everything is included in the one box. I chose the antique brass - the color is true as shown in Wayfair photos! This hinge is more than I expected. The spring mechanism is thick and heavy, promising years and years and years of dependable use.
