The frame issue was probably just me misunderstanding the description of the included parts and my misconception that it would be included. overall I would say i’m happy with my purchase! these chairs look great and fit what I was going for. Also, they are great quality you wouldn’t even know i bought them from wayfair. Only ‘warning’ i would give I guess is i expected these to be the type of swivel where if I turn the chair left it will stay left. But these are the type of swivel where if you turn left and get up, it will turn back to straight automatically. If you like that, then that’s perfect, but I just didn’t know that would be the case!! Because of this i find myself still pushing my chair in and out and I don’t really make use of the swivel because i kinda have to like grip my counter to make it swivel (takes some effort) aditionally, not a big deal for me because i wasn’t worried about the “plushness’” of the seat cushion and I still like the chairs… but if you are looking for a super comfy plush cushioned chair then these aren’t for you..
