The smell is so strong, it will permeate your entire home. To continue with other aspects, some assembly is required, but it not difficult. I was reluctant to order glass doors from a source that did not have a local brick & mortal JIC! I took a leap and have no regrets. The doors are perfect for our remodel. They are modern, have clean lines and durable. The sliders move freely with no sound. I like that there is not a bottom track for the esthetic. These are just what I had hoped they would be. Sandi.
