It’s a beautiful shower door. Heavy. I was hesitant on ordering based on a couple of the low reviews. We didn’t install it ourselves our contractor did. It was difficult to find the shower door I wanted for our tiny bathroom and this was perfect. Shoulder rests were a little more tricky to line the tracks up because of the thickness of the padding. We had to turn the chair on its side and one of us squished down the padding while the other one slid the piece on its track, but overall not at all difficult.
