These are heavy and well made but unfortunately we can't use them with our sliding door. They stick out too far from the wall. But I purchased them because I didn't want to screw the door glide into my new hardwood floor and these go into the baseboard. Sometimes the clearance you have is not enough, sometimes the gap between the two doors is too large, and sometimes it just feels frustrating to put all the pieces together.
