It wasn’t the easiest thing to install but it also wasn’t the hardest. You have to do every single thing because it’s customizable to which way you want it to open. Not a big issue and can be easily fixed by using something else to replace. Just an fyi… a door frame doesn’t come included so I needed to figure something out on my own to install the door. The frame issue was probably just me misunderstanding the description of the included parts and my misconception that it would be included. I've seen this chair in person at a consignment shop and thought it would be perfect for my space. I did some research and found it brand new for much less here. I also found out the leather is not at all top grain, but a manufactured fake called "Alfredo Leather". For a top grain product, the cost would be way out of our range, think 4K, and I wasn't willing to pay those prices. I do like the feel of this pleather,and hope it doesn't flake over the years, but even if it does, it feels great, is exactly perfect for my small space, and I love the smooth gliding and swiveling in-between the cozy reclining.
