Everything arrived extremely well packaged with plenty of foam protection, corner guards, and wrapping to protect the glass and hardware during shipping. All parts were organized, and nothing arrived damaged. The kit also included all the necessary hardware, gloves, and clear, easy-to-read instructions. The instruction booklet is laid out well and appears straightforward to follow when installation time comes. The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice do far, but haven't installed it yet. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out.
