I ordered this beautiful door, I received a door within a week, unfortunately it was the wrong door, sent it back with ease from Wayfair and re ordered the door, wrong door again, Wayfair graciously picked up the wrong door, I ordered the door from another company to see if i had the same experience , again the wrong door, I believe the company that Wayfair buys it from is confused. Needless to say I had to switch doors, ordered from another company and still have not received my door after 2 months, what is with barn doors? I was initially afraid that there might be a problem with this item but Im so happy to make this purchase!!! Everything from delivery, packaging and installation went 95 perfect! Biggest challenge was the pre-drilled holes on the track didnt come close to matching the 16 OC studs in my wall! Heavy duty anchors were the solution and it now works like a dream! I got 2 of these doors for office and massage room in a salon wanted something to match the existing metal door frames with glass these doors are gorgeous took off one star because one of them arrive kinda bent my dad and my brother had to strong arm it to bend it a little back in shape and also the hardware it brings isnt great quality. We had to buy stronger screws that could hold up better than the ones sent in the box. We had to modify a floating rail to actually fit this door into the space because there wasnt any space above the door frame to put the rail but my cousin figured it out.
