Door is as stated in description so if that is what you need, this door will serve the purpose. The craftsmanship and quality of the door itself is fine. For the past few months, I’ve been updating all the doors in my home, switching them from white to black. When I came across this door, I decided to order it for my closet to add a different design and save myself from having to paint another one. I’m so happy with how beautiful this door is, it completely elevated the look of my closet! It’s such a simple change, but it made a big difference. Soooo I think I saw that it was white and assumed it was painted and ready to go, but it does need to be painted. It is primed, but if you look at the closeup you can see it is unfinished. Needs a light sanding and paint. It is beautiful though. I ordered a barn door from Wayfair from a different maker and it came fully boxed, whereas this one came wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic and had boxing only at the top and bottom and was missing the rail to mount it. The first door I ordered was damaged in transit and it didn’t even make it to me before being returned to Wayfair. A couple weeks after I ordered it, I messaged Wayfair and they went ahead and ordered a replacement that was here in 2 days. Always choose Wayfair for their incredible customer service. The door is beautiful and not a farm house type of look like I was worried, it’s more classy and adds a lot of charm and texture. It’s not overly heavy, pretty straightforward to put up.. Jennifer. This is a great door and exactly as pictured and what I needed for my bathroom linen closet. I haven’t been able to hang it yet due to not having the tool to cut the hole for the door handle and hinges but the door came in perfect condition and is primed nicely. The size and hinges are good but there was a chip out of the frame, rough edges and drippy primer. Square in the frame and easy to install. I really like the weight of this door; not too light. Needed some sanding and some black goo removed. Edges around the hinges are rough like could have used sharper cutting tools. Painting this door is odd in that the paint doesn't stick very well and will peel off easily on a 2nd coat if you need to remove small debris while you're painting.. Mary. Beavercreek, OR.
