This spring door hinge is heavy duty! Everything is included in the one box. I chose the antique brass - the color is true as shown in Wayfair photos! This hinge is more than I expected. The spring mechanism is thick and heavy, promising years and years and years of dependable use. Cutting can be done with a skill saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab ultimate adhesive or boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

This fan was exactly what I was needing for my office space.
