When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. It wasn’t the easiest thing to install but it also wasn’t the hardest. You have to do every single thing because it’s customizable to which way you want it to open. By the time I got to the pivot things you tap in I was DELIGHTED to not have to do my own pre-drilling. Make sure you have power tools to assemble this. In the end, I am happy to have found this. What a nice door and to think the customer support man helped me find it! All I can say is that it arrived quickly and is the perfect replacement for my old basement door which was letting the draft in during this past cold weather and it really was freezing here in Oklahoma!
