Soooo I think I saw that it was white and assumed it was painted and ready to go, but it does need to be painted. It is primed, but if you look at the closeup you can see it is unfinished. Needs a light sanding and paint. It is beautiful though. I ordered a barn door from Wayfair from a different maker and it came fully boxed, whereas this one came wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic and had boxing only at the top and bottom and was missing the rail to mount it. The first door I ordered was damaged in transit and it didn’t even make it to me before being returned to Wayfair. A couple weeks after I ordered it, I messaged Wayfair and they went ahead and ordered a replacement that was here in 2 days. Always choose Wayfair for their incredible customer service. The only thing that took a star from my review was that the knobs were not as pictured and the knob screws included were too short to be used. Not a big issue and can be easily fixed by using something else to replace. Just an fyi… a door frame doesn’t come included so I needed to figure something out on my own to install the door. The frame issue was probably just me misunderstanding the description of the included parts and my misconception that it would be included. Ordered (3) 30"x80" of these hollow core doors, went through 3 replacements because they kept getting damaged in transit, these are the one that were delivered as good, still had to patch them with wood filler, sand and paint. They only arrive wrapped in plastic, suggestions to the manufacturer at least use cardboard for protection of the delicate hollow core doors. Love my new closet doors. Only issue we had is that one of the doors had a small hairline crack which we were able to sand down. They were well packaged. Love this solid core door. We are currently renovating our home and replacing all door with solid core doors. This is the one my daughter wanted for her room. She is currently painting it bright pink. I purchased this as an open box item and the door came in perfect condition. I don't believe the person who initially ordered it ever opened the box.
