I bought this beautiful crib for my grandson due this summer. This is only been assembled for the bassinet style so far, but we are in love. This crib is amazing and does not disappoint. It is very classic and minimalist yet the finish is rich. I single-handedly assembled this crib so it can be accomplished by yourself. Would definitely go faster with two people. I think the middle photo may show a defect in the finish, however it is almost unnoticeable. I have never had a batch disposal before. I have always had the traditional ones that require a switch to turn on. The only real issue (and its not much of one) is with how our sink is in the kitchen island there isn't a good spot to set the plunger when not in use other than in the sink itself. It is powerful and I am really happy how well it does its job. There is no flap that covers the opening to the drain like on traditional disposals. I thought this would be an issue having it open and silverware falling in. With our drain off to the right it really has not been a problem. Although I did have a fork fall into it the fact that the disposals "neck" between the sink and the bottom is long so the fork never fully fell into the disposal it just stood straight up. Also not having that flap covering the disposal makes it much easier to see at a glance if anything has made its way in that should be there. It is noisy but not bad, just as I expected as from traditional. I like the safety of it not turning on unless the plunger is in. We have young kiddos. Just makes me feel better.
