Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. This stem extension kit is for use with fixtures requiring additional overall length for installation on higher ceilings. At least 1 link of the chain will still be required at the top. Chain links are not included.
