Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. I love this refrigerator! I replaced it for the one in the picture which is no longer working. Even though they are both 3.2 cubic feet, this one looks taller. The only thing that worries me a little is that it came with a dent on the right side. See the picture. I will not think about it much as long as it is working . It does what I need it to. Wine glasses now handy with room for other glassware in the cabinet. I don’t have a lot of counter clearance when the glasses are hanging there, but I don’t care it gets them out of the cabinet. It was easy to install. The wine refrigerator itself is fantastic. It’s the perfect compact size and the dual zone temperature works wonderfully. My issue is with the printed instructions. The basic instructions seem fine, but I had to swap the door hinge to the opposite side and the instructions were practically nonexistent other than a picture that shows moving the handle from one side to the other. You will need an extremely tiny flathead screwdriver in order to remove the decorative plugs in the door.
