We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was. I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. This model also comes with 2 bright energy saver LED lights, low noise level operation, 400 CFM airflow, push-button, and 3-level fan speed. All the components such as damper, mounting hardware, flexible ductwork, and damper are included for easy installation. The adjustable and telescoping chimney can fit a 7.5-8.5 Ft. ceiling. This unit is convertible, can be vented out of your dwelling, or recirculated (ductless) with charcoal filters (sold separately, part # WRHF005S2).

Very nice hood for the price. Gives off a good amount of light but is a little loud at highest fan setting. Had an issue with one of the filters, called wayfair and the person I spoke with went above and beyond to fix the issue. 4 stars for the hood but 5+stars for the customer service.. Deshaunda.
