This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When I opened the box I was impressed with this tile. The green color is gorgeous and the tile is iridescent. The light shines off the tiles beautifully, reminds me of the ocean and Carribean. In the dark spots the color looks darker but still nice. The different greens blend in so nicely. The colors are beautiful on these tile sheets. I took off 1 star because there are several sheets where some of the tiny tiles are crooked (don’t line up properly) and have to be removed off backer and realigned.
