Meta Light Gray

Rugged and classic, Slate Attaché 12" x 24" Porcelain Mosaic Tile brings a combination of rustic durability and timeless warmth to any room.

We chose this tile for a basement hallway project. It was significantly less expensive than several other styles we were considering, and was also a small (2x2) mosaic style which was necessary to conform to the cracks and bumps of our 100 year old basement floor. I will note that the color is far more an "olive brown" than anything resembling green. Also, the tiles must have been stored in a hot warehouse, or perhaps a hot delivery van because the sheets were firmly stuck together and were a pain in the neck to separate without damaging the tile. The tile does look very nice, with a fair amount of variation and seems to be of good quality. It will look best with a medium to fairly dark warm grout. Overall, we are happy with this product.. Well my review is mixed. I love the look and I couldn’t find tin backsplash from anywhere else. Everything was faux tin so basically vinyl. These are not aluminum. Some sort of special galvanized so I hope they do not rust. Our problem came when we put a very mild masking tape on the tin to mark our cutting area. As you can see from the picture the paint came off! We were surprised that this would happen considering the cost. Very disappointed. Now I worry how much paint will come off when I clean it.
