The only thing I was surprised about was how heavy the wooden chopping blocks are, including the one with a hole in it to accommodate the bowls. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 4-hole version so I could put in a small secondary faucet for sparkling water and a cup rinser. I wanted a deep, single-bowl sink with good sound dampening and solid construction, and I got it at a great value/price with this sink. Installation was straightforward and painless, as was adding my accessories. I attached a garbage disposal. I enjoy having the grid to help keep things clean, and the drain cover looks quite nice. Sink is huge and we love it!! Remodeled kitchen and had a hideous double basin, same drop in dimensions, and upgrading to this has been wonderful! Bought Lava Odoro brushed gold faucets and they match the sink perfectly. Bought a Kohler hole cover in gold and matches perfectly as well. We werent a fan of the grate, so ended up taking it out and storing in case we change our minds. Really love this sink and so does everyone else! Nice sink. I like the curved (easier to clean) bottom corners and the 90 degree sides so that the cutout on the counter is still crisp. Comes with good accessories including a deep strainer basket and a drain cover. Because of the workstation ledge, the cutout needs to be perfect (precise to a mm or so).
