Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. I’m so very excited for this toilet! It arrived quickly and was very well packaged so there’s no damage whatsoever. It has all the bells and whistles you could ever want in a toilet including automatic seat closure, nightlight, and of course a bidet! It requires its own dedicated power outlet so I’m waiting for the electrician before I can get the toilet installed. That part will cost a couple hundred dollars but I can tell that it’s going to be the nicest toilet I’ve ever had but I will update my review once it’s installed.. Lisa. Royal Oaks, CA.
