Beautiful tile and beautiful detailing. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because it chipped in a couple spots upon install. Possibly just the contractor’s fault. I will say the color of grout makes a huge difference in the feel for this tile. I originally had Mapei grout, color grey. The installers didn’t mix the grout correctly and it came out blotchy and bleached out in places. I did a grout refresh on it to fix that issue and went darker with the grout, did Mapei grout refresh color black. Wow, looks so much better IMO! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased to replace a similar Bosch unit that finally failed with an inside metal lining burn after 18 years of faithful service. It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated.
