I absolutely cannot say anything bad about this chair except that it doesn’t come in more colors. Before it was even fully unwrapped it started to come to life. We’ve had the chair for over a month. It is fantastic! The massage is a vibration, and the heat is perfect. The only complaint is that every now and then the connection for the remote which controls the heat massage comes apart. Make sure to leave a space to get behind it easily.
