Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024. This product has been a nightmare. Missing parts, mangled parts, the manufacturer has been slow to respond or hasn't responded at all. I will never buy anything from this manufacturer again ever! The photo attached is of only some of the many mangled, twisted parts. After contacting and not receiving the parts, I was able to go to an auto body shop that was able to straighten the parts out where they were workable,. This morning we were putting the roof together only to find that the parts which were sent were the wrong ones, they are much smaller and simply don't fit. We are now waiting for the correct roof parts to arrive with no guarantee that this time they will send the correct ones. I ordered two of these and placed them sideways so that I could have a 16 wide and 24 feet long covered area. It definitely took four people about four hours to put up the first one but second one went a lot smoother after figuring out all the louvers. I’ve had it up for about a month so far with some pretty strong winds and so far so good. We did have a decent rain and it kept everything dry when I closed the louvers but then we had a torrential rain and it was just way too much for the small areas to hold so it definitely leaked in a few spots. Overall, I’m very happy with the product. I got some lights and used some stick on hooks and it created an amazing outside area. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments.. Lori Spaulding. FL.
