My chair arrived intact and on day expected. The FedEx driver was putting it on the carport which was great due to expect. I asked if he could take to my feet family room door just about 15-20 ft from where he was leaving it and he did, earning him a tip. The chair had no damage and I noted that the dust cover at bottom of the chair was actually cloth instead of the paper like stuff that’s often used. I’m 79 yo and moved the box into the house, removed and inspected everything by myself. I attempted to attach the wings to the back but was unable to get the brackets to slide into each other so had to wait for help. Once that was done the rest was easy. I love the color and like many have said in reviews the seat is hard. I expect it will soften up with uses. The fabric is nice and I expect to get many years of use from this chair. This chair is gorgeous and well made. I ordered two and put them together. After they were together I realized one of the chairs’s studs were completely missing. I emailed wayfair which direct me to the seller to send pictures of the defective chair. I literally got a response two hours later from the seller asking what parts I needed. It's a bit on the small side and the arms are awkwardly low but it's a sturdy chair that has a pretty design with classic shape, nice fabric, firm cushions. The legs are a nice touch.
