This was a great upgrade from my old extremely outdated vented range. It was on back order so I had to wait 3 weeks before it arrived. Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine. This was the only vent cap that I could find with 6" round ducting, for use with my Air Exchanger input. Although it worked, with some difficulty and modification, I wish it were made of plastic instead of heavy duty aluminum. I absolutely love this hood. The black stainless steel matches my other appliances from another brand perfectly. The fan is quite powerful and the dual led lights are amazingly bright and make cooking on the stovetop so much better. It hasn’t been installed long enough to evaluate the longevity or the efficiency of the filters or how easy they are to clean, but considering their size and placement I don’t foresee any problems.. The 110 CFM humidity sensing exhaust bath fan, offers easy, room-side installation, with “No Attic Access Required”. Ceiling mounted ventilation fan features foldable mounting ears and EzDuct connectors for easy installation.
