Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. The Drake® features TOTO’s Tornado flush, a rimless, hole-free design with dual nozzles that create a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. The washlet+ TOTO Drake® includes cefiontect, a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic. This version of the Drake® offers TOTO T40 washlet+ compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. Have been using this new toilet for a few months and we are happy with it so far.
