I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. This is the best!!! I’ve never felt so confidently clean leaving the restroom. The remote is easy to use once you learn the symbols and it adjusts the heat of the seat, heat of the water and the distance that the cleaning and drying wands come out to get a personalized experience. Plus you can adjust the water stream to go full pressure or go a little easier, depending on your needs. The dryer works well and I love the little odorizer that seems to work really well too. We got a longer seat and a shorter seat version (both sold here). The longer seat is about the size of a regular toilet seat and the regular seat size feels more like a kids sized seat, so I recommend the longer seat regardless of the size of your toilet bowl.. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

I ordered the Crestle from Wayfair and it arrived very quickly in 3 days. However, my toilet while it didn’t appear damaged on the outside from shipping, had a manufacturing defect on the inside where one spot in the bowl had a bad casting gap and led to a crack. I reached out to Wayfair and they promptly sent me a replacement. The new one came just as quick and had no defects on the porcelain. After installation, it went well but after a week of using it, I noticed the reception on the remote is quite poor. Turns out if you’re sitting on the toilet, your body will tend to block the remote rf signal unless the remote is on your right side. Also holding the remote in different positions yielded different results as to whether it was detected or not by the toilet. I reached out to Crestle customer support and was told my solution is to just move the remote closer than it is. That’s kinda not possible and not ideal for the signal to be that weak. There are some other quirks like it auto flushing the second you lift up your leg instead of 10 second delay like the manual states. So in the end, big plus for Wayfair, but thumbs down on Crestle support, and the odd quirks that they couldn’t help me with. Biggest complaints are remote signal strength, and no auto flush delay configuration. 4 stars mainly because of Wayfair, and the price and features of the toilet.
