This lamps assembly was not easy. It feels a bit like what a mole where you put one wooden part together and then a few others fall out on the other side. This lamp is very appealing and fits perfectly in our guest room. It doesn't have inner liners like some similar Wayfair models, which surprised me since it cost a bit more, so the light shines directly through the rattan shades rather than glows within them. There is a dimmer switch. Also the three lights go on and off together, not in a one bulb, two bulbs, three bulbs progression as I presumed.
