I just received this lamp.over the weekend and it fits perfectly with the spot I chose for it. I love the look of it and it seems to be of good quality. I would prefer that the caution sticker faced the back of the lamp not facing out where everyone can see it. The reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fact that it is not dimmable. In two places on the listing it says this lamp is dimmable but not I find it isnt. The warm white glow is soft but still bright enough for stairs, hallways, closets, or a bedroom at night. I use these on a staircase that has a turn and sometimes gets dark at the turned stairway. They have remained charged for a month and always come on and are triggered from a good distance. I purchased 2 of these lights for the nightstands in our bedroom. They are of very high quality and are exactly what we were looking for. We love the brightness and color temperature settings, as we use them for reading. The big selling point for us was the 26.5" long gooseneck arm. It is long enough to reach over the reading material and can be twisted into any position. Even when fully extended, the arm does not tip the light over due to the weighted base.
