This states that there is a footrest but it does not! The seat is quite high so a short person would have trouble hoisting themselves onto it. I'm sure it's because there is no footrest so you need to sit high for your feet to dangle if used as a transport chair. So very disappointed! It clearly says in their advertising that it has a 330 lbs weight capacity but after reading the manual it only had a weight capacity of 265 lbs. I am so upset.
