I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. As long as you’re not in a rush, or handy enough to install yourself including the breaker, this is a fantastic purchase. Living in Florida, the self cleaning feature is intended to reduce mold. I haven’t had to do that yet, but a great function. The remote has a lot of features including being able to adjust the temperature on each of the inside heads separately. I have already googled a replacement remote, because I lose everything. If you aren’t used to ductless AC, you’ll just want to locate the manual override on the inside unit heads, or use the app on your phone.
