The light brightness is adjustable, three dim setting. You got warm light and day night. I personally prefer warm light setting. Again, it is easier to adjust the brightness with the touching button in front of the mirror. The button is very sensitive to touch, so you just need lightly press the button then you see the magic happen. I prefer to leave the light on, to create a warm atmosphere. I received two rolls and put one roll under the bed and decided to put the other roll up on the wall.
