The chair arrived very well packaged with all parts protected. Assembly was easy and straightforward. The chair has a memory foam cushion and a footrest included. Overall, the chair is supportive and sturdily made. If I had to make one complaint, it would be that the recline function sometimes slips if you push too much weight on it, and the lock has to be undone to allow the chair to sit back up.
