I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. I can’t say enough about this dehumidifier. It’s extremely well made. It performs better than expected and has replaced two 70 pint dehumidifiers in a very humid indoor space. It holds humidity levels to our desired humidity range of below 50 without issue. The blower is powerful and helps to move air around the space it is in. The gravity drain is easy to connect the provided hose and clamp to as well. There is also a washable and reusable air filter on the intake side.
