Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. When the first one arrived, it was not wrapped correctly - the scanning label was visible on the side of the picture. We contacted Wayfair and were immediately told that a replacement would be shipped (without us having to return the deficient one).
