[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally set up my pool for the summer and connecting the Bestway pool pump was super easy...two hoses and done! The connectors were way easier than having to use clamps on the hoses. Linking it to my Wifi was easy (although I had to take it inside to do so). The filter cycles 2000 gallons per hour, making it more than powerful enough for my 15 x 42 pool (3000 gallon capacity). The only issue I have, and the reason I didn't give this 5 stars, is the app. The wifi connectivity is a huge plus for me because I can fully automate my pool equipment. The app doesn't connect to Google Home or Alexa and basically serves as an on/off switch and timer with no scheduling capabilities (which is what I really wanted). I want to be able to program the pump to turn on and off at certain times, not just set it for a set amount of time. I could do that with an outdoor timer plug. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Not having to my bottom anymore and having it cleaned for me is a game changer. The night light is great so I dont have to blind myself with the vanity light. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. it works as advertised. it was easy to install, but only becaues i've installed another bidet before. the instructions are not very detailed, and the rubber gaskets do not come pre-installed for all pieces. You need to double check which way they're facing prior to installing, and the instructions do not mention this at all. It is also very flimsy, despite water going through it.
