Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. This standing desk is very nice but the instructions didnt really match uo too well with the pieces. I looked into it and found a similiar desk on other websites that had the same issue. The guide holes under the table top WILL NOT line up with the rails. Its best to just get it as straigjt as possible and screw the top to the legs. Because of this I gave it one star off. Its also kinda slow in my opinion when raising and lowering but this could be a good thing as well. It takes 30 seconds to rais from the default sitting to the default standing and 45 seconds from Lowest to highest. Otherwise this a great solid desk. Only giving 4 stars because the screw to connect the desk to the return was extremely difficult to get in place. Also, had a few issues from shipping where corners were dinged up and the desktop was scratched. These are mostly hidden from view due to the way I have the desk placed in a corner of my office.
