This is my second time buying this gazebo. I get so many compliments when people come over! The last one ended up getting ruined by a wind storm but I had it for several years and everything was holding up perfectly. The canopy fabric color did not bleach out and the curtains were still perfect. There was zero rust on the frame itself even with our harsh winters. We ordered this canopy because its 12x12 as opposed to the normal 10x10 that is available at your local big box store or sporting goods store... the blue stores lol. We like that it has an enclosure because it will be perfect for winter cigar smoking. However, upon putting it together, the 4 side panels are difficult to line up and it would take quite some time and adjustment to actually seal the corners and keep cold air out. I dont think we will end up using it for the originally intended purpose after all. The one push easy up is pretty nice. Its far more user friendly as a shade structure than the ones from the blue guys. The frame itself is bowed a bit in the top support structure, indicating that the pieces dont quite fit right. The local delivery company was prompt, called and delivered to spot as requested... So once it actually left the shipping depot, was quick and accurate... Just took quite a bit longer than estimated. This is, was, a great pop up tent! We received it and was so happy with the brilliant, bright color! Got it set up in no time and enjoyed it until a sudden Oklahoma thunderstorm came out of nowhere! I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Comfortable enough for 6-8 people or more. Recommend to place 2 love-seat sofas + 2 single-seat sofas. Mesh fence, mosquito no entering the patio tent and ventilation. Zipper mesh, easy to open and close. Outdoor Tent is made of 180g polyester fabric and PA coating, which is waterproof, sunscreen, and tear-resistant. The top cloth of the outdoor canopy tent has drainage holes, which are good for drainage, avoiding fabric tearing by the rain.

The gazebo is as pictured, but it is not high quality. The fabric roof structures are very poorly stitched. Even before fixing the top, I needed to reinforce the 4 corners, as the stitching was loose and incomplete. The upper vent points were equally badly stitched. One corner literally poked through at the seem, requiring removal and reinforcing with proper tight stitches. On inspection, the stitching all around appears to be a "baste stitch", not a secure tight stitch which is required on a surface subject to wind sheer. Secondly, there was one dented panel (which has been replaced), and plastic bolt cover parts missing (still not received). The instructions were easy enough to follow, however the entire gazebo was constricted as per instructions, but then the last step was to somehow magically lift the entire gazebo up about three feet to attach the final 4 lower panels. Therefore we had to wait until extra people showed up so the entire gazebo could be lifted as one piece so we did not bend the structure. As indicated earlier it is not a heavy construction. Lastly after the first rain, there were many rust points at metal joins. In the end, the gazebo is providing sun protection, is as pictured, but not sturdy, so I do not expect it to last very long, even with deconstruction in the winter.. Debra. Burlington, ON.
