Assembly took four people about 6–8 hours to complete, so plan accordingly. One helpful tip: each roof panel has a thin protective plastic film that needs to be removed before installation. I believe it’s there to prevent scratches during shipping. We found that letting the panels sit in the sun for a bit made the film much easier to peel off. I just used this tent for my first outdoor art market. It was a sunny, calm day and I didn't use 2 of the sidewalls -- and the tent performed very well. I can't comment on how it would be in windy and rainy weather. One word of caution: the tent is quite heavy and definitely takes 2 people to set up. So if you're a vendor who will be setting up and selling solo, you'll definitely have to ask for help! One recommendation: try setting the tent up once before you take it to a market. It is a bit confusing at first and a run-through will save a lot of time. I love this gazebo! Unfortunately my previous Wayfair gazebo collapsed due to the tremendous amount of snow and ice we received early in January. I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!. There were three people putting up the gazebo and it took about five hours. It did fit together very well and instructions are ok. There is a mistake in the manual. There are 8 G1 parts, not 4 which it says on page 10. Also the picture of G1 on page 6 and 10 is incorrect. There are 2 pictures of G1 on page 10 and the other picture is correct. I put the curtains on and we didn’t quite understand how the Velcro tabs should go so that added time. After a few days I took the curtains down as I don’t think we will ever close them. Lastly, the anchor bolts supplied are insufficient. I upgraded to a 38 inch cement anchor for my unit. Too soon to comment on the durability during wind. I’m hopeful. I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. We'll see how long this lasts, I've had it up for a whopping 5 days so far & can't speak to longevity just yet. But it looks good!. Jg. Virginia, USA. Thu Sep 04 2025
