Had to replace the old copper bottom fry pan when the handle broke. That won’t happen to the new one with a full stainless handle. Overall this is a nice pan but it should not be labeled as non stick. You definitely need some type of fat to prevent sticking but you can use less. I do like that it can withstand higher heat.
