I was pleased to receive these and not have to put anything together. I ordered these specifically for my desk in the spare room and an extra chair in the living area. I really like the color and size of the chair; height of the seat is 16", but you sink down ~1" through the braided material. It starts to become a little uncomfortable if you remain seated for greater than a couple hour stretch due to the lack of seat stability, but for a dining room chair it would be perfect. It apprears to be a manufactureing or shipping issue. On top of that, the shipping was delayed, which made the wait frustrating. I hope the seller improves on both fronts.
