It's great. Went in super easy. I just read the other reviews and they clearly didn't take a seconds to figure out that the ugly clips are for shipping and the actual clips that hold the screen or glass in just slip in if you take a moment to look at it. Received exactly what I ordered & came the next day. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I talked with a customer service rep to be sure that if I provided the 5 digit code on my current Schlage key I could have the deadbolt ordered keyed to match the Schlage deadbolts I have here at my home. Well that is a bunch of bologna & apparently the customer service rep has no idea what she is talking about & just says yes it will be keyed to match the number code.
