The chairs arrived very securely packaged...think 8 cases of saran wrap per chair secure! We did find puttming them together to be a pain. The holes didnt always line up well and the angle to use the Allen key on some sections difficult, others a breeze. This is the only reason I took off a star. Someone else less handy would have had a hard time on some of the chairs. But once together they sat and stacked great! At first, assembly was a little tricky because two of the legs were incorrect, and the instructions weren’t very clear or labeled, which made it confusing—I accidentally grabbed two long legs instead of one long and one short. Fortunately, Wayfair quickly resolved the issue and sent the correct legs within a week. Once I had the right pieces, assembly was simple. These 2 Piece Patio Dining Sling Chair set of chairs are nice for our patio. This is my first time trying out this type, so I hope they hold up. It does say they each hold up to 330 lbs. They came packed well and were easy to assemble. All you had to do is put a washer, then a screw and turn 8 screws with the tool that came with the chairs. It didn’t take very long at all. They look nice on my patio. The material is a blend of PVC-coated polyester and all-weather olefin thread, so they are not only waterproof and breathable but they are also perfect for outside. The frames are powder-coated steel (so they resist rust). They are larger than most outdoor chairs, so they offer comfort. They have an extra-wide backrest (23 inches) and taller backrest (22.6 inches), I like that they are easy to move around because they are light. The information said to apply oil to maintain the fabric, but I’m not sure about what kind to use or how often to apply it. I guess you’d have to call the company. Kind of weird. But I do like them. After some extra patience, I was able to set these up. It would help to have 2 people just to quickly hold it in place to set up at least one side. The color is also a bit off we expected a tan hue, but it’s more of a grayish tone. While they’re relatively easy to assemble, it took a bit of time. All the necessary hardware and components were included. However, the overall quality could be improved. We’ll see how they withstand daily use and direct sunlight.
