Im giving this chair 5 stars because of the features. I purchased two of these chairs in beige. However, this is a very firm chair and I was hoping for more cushion in the seat area. I suffer from pain in my tailbone and unfortunately this chair doesnt help that. I do love all the added features of this chair and inspite of the firmness I would still recommend it if you arent bothered by pain. The fact you can raise just your feet and the back is separately adjustable is gold. Its very hard to find a chair with all the quality features this one has. The color is very pretty and as shown. The delivery went well, I was able to catch the Fed ex delivery person when they pulled in and got them to bring them to the door, otherwise they would have left them outside. Wayfair keeps you notified when delivery should arrive so just be on the lookout for them so they dont just leave them wherever. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! I’m so surprised at how much I love these chairs. I didn’t expect them to be so incredibly comfortable! I bought two and they add a beautiful pop of yellow to our family room. My husband was doubtful but he can’t stay off of them now. -) The electrical mechanism works well so far. You must lower the reclining mechanism to get out of them or the entire chair moves forward with you (so not super stable if used in that way), but just don’t rush and take the time to lower it to get out and you’ll be fine..
