This is super heavy and assembly was a little tricky. As the manual states, it’s made with real wood so there’s variation in the pieces. Which means some of the pieces will line up a little differently than pictured. It takes some adjusting to get the pieces close to the formation in the picture. I would say the lowest platform is a little too small for jumping down onto from the top. One of my cats fell on the way down and he hasn’t been back to it since ( But it is very pretty.
