Bought these pans after doing some research. Even though the reviews were really good, I kept my expectations minimal. They actually far exceeded expectations with their quality. Best Pan ! Love Love Love this pan ! First time I used this I made Chicken Carbana and it was so easy and came out delicious! The cheese sauce melted so easy and nothing stuck to the pan ! So the sauce came out so smooth and creamy ! And it took just a minute to clean the pan. ( I hand washed it ) Next morning I baked some sticky pecan rolls in it.
