The furniture itself has been incredible! It is very comfortable and was fairly easy to assemble ourselves. The only pitfall was that one of the wireless chargers came damaged. I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around.
